Wintry
The snow started to come down at breakfast time and falling on frozen ground, gave a covering in town as well as on the hills before it petered out. I ventured out to get a few bits we needed and took this shot on the edge of town where, very locally, some hedgerows were coated in ice, not splashes from the road but some kind of aerial accumulation.
Before Meg got her walk, Jamie and I watched Perfect Planet whilst stitching, I patched a split in an old pair of trousers, a job that's been waiting years to be done! The snow created some pretty vignettes in the garden and there were interesting scenes on the Talyllyn webcams, including steam tests of one of the locos - all shown in an extra pic.
