High Drama

All the drama today was in the sky. Quite late in the day the general greyness broke up, but the sun was too low to show itself so the ground remained a rather flat, somewhat monchrome world, while the clouds sailed by, a fine mix of colours, shades and light with a blue backcloth.
This much needed walk broke up a day that started with me reading a lot of political documents and ended with a 90 minute (online) meeting discussing the documents, ready for an all day (online) meeting with a larger group to discuss them all again.  It's not the most exciting way to spend a day but it is democracy in action, which makes it all worthwhile.
