As Predicted

We had freezing rain and sleet most of last night and today. Thankfully, we had no reason to leave the house except to snap a few shots. I hope you enjoy the ones I chose to share. Ice can transform the ordinary to extraordinary shapes for sure. This afternoon, the temps got above freezing but they will dip down again soon. They predict the frozen precip will begin again around 9 pm and continue for at least 12 hours. Hubby’s second vaccine was cancelled until Saturday. I was able to reschedule my second shot for 9 March which will allow us to be in WV for almost two weeks. Our Governor announced we had a person succumb to a new COVID variant in the state so I am glad we have restarted grocery on line ordering and no contact pick up. Hubby will make the trip on Saturday evening. Having to wait days for groceries makes planning ahead a must. And we have a minimum order amount so I started collecting candy for Easter baskets.
