Tropical West Norwood

Are these giant yucca plants? I'm always surprised to see plants outwith their native lands growing well here. There's a garden in West Norwood with giant cacti that blows my mind every time I see it. I call these spots Club Tropicana. 

On the way home, Fred saw one of the peregrines do a poo. This was a highlight in the day for him. I'm sorry that I missed it.

Poppy and I got caught out in a hailstorm and had to cut our walk short. She didn't have a coat on as it was very sunny when we set out. Poor thing was soggy and quite grumpy about it. I met a friend on the way back (who'd also got caught in the storm) and Poppy absolutely refused to say hello – she stared in the direction of home. I got the message.

Mum and Rory beat me in the Virtual Pub Quiz by one point. Gah! Though I'd have been a further three points down if Fred hadn't given me the answers Danny Dyer, Alfa Romeo and Damien.
