Hollow

Windy but bright, went for a longish (8 mile) walk with P & S. Kept to the roads as the fields/paths are still very wet. Less traffic than on our walk a couple of days ago & fewer gas-fired bird scarers to spook S, so rather more enjoyable. Wild primroses along one section of field ditch, snowdrops in abundance in the occasional garden en route - & an interesting ash tree in the process of being hollowed out, though it's still growing in other sections (see extras).
