My Ugly Foot!

Hope it doesn't put you off your tea!
It is actually not as painful as it looks.
The bruising is right across my toes and to the back of my ankle. I think it's sprained.
I can walk on it a bit without much pain.
I also pulled a muscle in my left thigh when I went down. 
Thanks for all the sympathetic comments yesterday - I'm not looking for more - it's a survivable injury! I'll be reet ;-D

Tonight we're going to watch the first episode of The Crown. I'm looking forward to it.
Last night we watched The Blitz docu-drama with Lesley Worsely - my favourite history presenter. My word I knew it was bad but this programme was more in depth.
Also there was surprising info about how the government and media reported the war to the general public. Playing it down .
Nothing much changes does it?
