Another Afternoon walk

The eldest is learning about poems this week for English (bah... I'm not cultured or patient enough for poems).  He is being encouraged to use alliteration, so we had another afternoon walk, or even, another amazing afternoon walk (but that might be over-egging the whole thing). 

The youngest is a bit bored of learning this week, pancakes have been done to death (four days of learning how to make them) and money is slightly doing his head in - it's a pretty hard thing to get your head around.

Bumping into our wedding photographer when out on our walk - amazing! The last time I saw him I was thinner, newly married and in a very nice dress... Jeans, wellies, two children and a puppy today.  We had a lovely time catching up. 

Today I'm grateful for: 
Beautiful weather - it was a joy to be out this afternoon
Thursday - how can it be Thursday already - one week, one day of home schooling left
Completing some work this evening, good bit of satisfaction.
