First crocus

This is a very special blip.

In Autumn, we planted about 100 Kg of Crocuses and and about 200Kg of Daffodils. The daffs have been coming up really well, but no sign of the crocuses, until yesterday. What a relief. I'm so used to crocuses rotting in the ground.

Not a great blip, but a very significant one here as part of my journal for the year. If I can climb out of bed early tomorrow, and the weather forecast is good, I may have a go at a sunrise:)
