On the fence

After a slow start, and lashings of steaming black coffee, I managed to raise enough enthusiasm to start filling holes in the walls in the hall. Still lots to do, but the task doesn't seem so daunting now I've made a start! 

In the afternoon MrM headed off for a bike ride with John C, while I opted for a walk around the streets, partly to avoid weekend walkers who are apparently flocking to local beauty spots in good weather. Rabbits, trees, and a couple of squirrels too, have appeared all along this fence since I last passed by, about a week ago. They made me smile...
