Golden Hour

What a beautiful day it's been. Although it was really cold in the day, it was around 15C at lunchtime. Woke at 6:45am to the sound of my neighbour scraping the frost from his car. Took lots of pictures of my house as the sunlight streams through the window when it's bright. 

Felt a bit low and twitchy all day. I took a walk with K this afternoon. Maybe in part I didn't want to go. But as soon as I saw him, my face broke into a smile as I was wearing my puffy coat and wellies, and he was in shorts and white trainers! The Greek's certainly need their sun! 

We had a nice walk- a couple of circuits and then home. I'm tired this evening, and I'm sad that it's my shift at work next week. I like working, but I've had two complete weeks being at home, and I like pottering and getting lost in my own thoughts, so I shall miss it.
