Old Balado bridge.

I should be getting fitter as I need to get out and walk for a couple of hours a day. It helps settle my head... a bit.
Poor Star has to come with me. She was delighted to walk towards her "Free run" area, but not so keen to walk  past it. A walk along the side of a field and then along the river towards Balado. I  tried her off lead, but she was uncontrollable.  So back on the lead. Met up with an old friend I haven seen in a year and caught up. Lovely  to see Margaret  and hear all her news. 
On the way back, again I tried her off lead and nearly lost her. Hmm. Something  is changing in her.
A quick call when home and my supervisor  arranged a walk to assess her after yesterday's strike. We He thinks she is starting to have a False pregnancy.  Hormones are raging and her behaviour  is suffering and so are we.
