Frozen Phragmites....

at the lochan on a very cold morning. But the Goldeneye, Tufted Duck and Mallard found it warm enough to bathe and display.
At home, the Squirrels were mating too. This pair have been around all day and I haven't liked to use the back gate because I didn't want to disturb them! So good to see them chasing, leaping and feeding.
