Project 365 day 65: Pussy Willow

I love pussy willow. It's furriness and strokeableness are irresistible. It always makes me smile, and it's at its perfect best against intensely blue sky. I enjoyed twenty minutes or so in the garden this morning, seeing what I could find among the tangles of unpruned shrubs and long grass. 

A friend kindly collected a prescription for us (because we are still officially shielding, so haven't been in a shop for nearly a year now), and dropped it at the door with tulips, a belated birthday gift for my daughter. I immediately caught myself viewing them not just as an act of kindness but as at least a week of photo opportunities...
