Windmill sunrise

We stayed for two nights in a delightful BnB cottage on the outskirts of Mudgee, about 250 km west of Sydney.

Gold was discovered in the region in the 1850s, for the first time in Australia. The town became prosperous, as seen in the present streetscape - see extras.
