The Budweiser Clydesdales

I had quite a day...although the weather didn't co-operate. It was really windy, and the high temperature was 52F. Cold.

After a "wild" (for me) church service, I went to 4 different craft shows/flea markets. The winds were really playing havoc with the tents...blowing stuff all over. In between the 3rd and the 4th show...I got surfers. 7 brave souls...all in wet suits...were hanging ten. I yelled out..."LOOKIN GOOD OUT THERE...DUDES! THAT'S SOME NICE CARVING! HOW ABOUT A DUCK DIVE...A FLOATER...OR A TURTLE ROLL?" (I knew watching Gidget would eventually pay off.)

Then...the fun stuff started. Where else can you see The Flying Wallendas...The Budweiser Clydesdales...and The Dove Brothers (a southern gospel group)...all in the space of 4 hours? It was a whirlwind.

The Dove Brothers were great...the Clydesdales are awesome beasts...but the Wallendas had to cut short their program because of the wind. And...trying to be nice...they're not getting any younger.
