To geek or not to geek?

These days embracing my inner nerd has been refreshing.. Book club was tonight and sure the book we discussed was about a warped family of circus freaks, but what can the bizarre do for us if not make us feel normal for a second?

"He seems to have no sympathy for anyone, but total empathy." Is it awful that this quote is about the worst character in this book and when I read it I completely related?!
