Misty morning

I went back to Shugborough, quite early. It was misty and really rather damp.

My aim was to walk more than last week (mind you it was blowing a gale and threatening rain then.). I walked right to the Mansion and then further, to the point where I could see my favourite Essex Bridge from the opposite angle.

A lovely walk, and it’s great that the National Trust have kept their toilets open.
