Excellent post

I received this in the post today, a gift from my milliner friend in the US. It allegedly is the ‘film’ of choice, and many UK milliners stock up on trips abroad. It’s used to protect the hat block before moulding fabric on top. This brand is highly recommended as it sticks and wrinkles less than others!
