Springy blossomy beauty

I opened the window a crack during the night which meant being awoken by the sound of bird song this morning. Absolutely wonderful.

As I sat by the window during zoom church, the sun emerged and it was clear that the rest of the day was going to be lovely. Jen and I went for a delightful stomp around Nescliffe and Cliffe in the sunshine for a couple of hours. The only sadness was not being able to go for a pint at The Three Pigeons once down. We found some perfectly pink blossom and heard a few woodpeckers.
