Nasty Surprise

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

I took Murphy on a walk in the forest today. I was in my happy place, thinking that the forest was beautiful and the only noises I could hear were birdsong and our footsteps, when Murphy bounded off.

5 minutes later, I was feeling a little less zen as I dragged him away from his discovery of a deer stomach!

The Mini Princesses came up on the train for the weekend. It was good to see how much Penny brightened up having them around. I’m so glad they’re seeing her before things change even more and selfishly, having them up there with me makes a huge difference, both practically and emotionally.
