Not quite Rick Stein

I've been drooling over bulliblips Rick Stein deliveries but can't quite bring myself to justify the expense. Also, Rick Stein needs to be shared with a bottle of wine and another human being, right?!

So I ordered a HelloFresh delivery kit with a discount code I had. Today was a chicken laksa. My neighbour, Grace, ordered with the rival company and so we are comparing notes. I feel like we have reached peak lockdown boredom. And we just miss going to the pub.
