Sunday selfie

I slept better but the clocks going forward is a weird experience and I feel the loss of an hour quite a lot.
I ventured out to deliver a letter. I was fine but my left knee is weak after all the sitting down last week.
I am doing gentle stretches and it helps.
Today is my brother in law's birthday. We selected for Edward a lovely Jacqui Lawson musical e card.
Arthur is sitting on my lap as I watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Will catch up with Songs of Praise later. I followed Holy Mass from Portlaoise in Ireland this morning.
