Cheetahs in the rain

It was a rainy day in DC, but that didn't keep us from a return trip to the zoo. We spent time at the panda exhibit and then a quick loop where we caught these cheetahs keeping dry.

My favorite part of the day was the time we spent in the visitor center at a very cool educational exhibit where children prepared pretend meals for each of the animals in the zoo. The kids had a blast pretending to be zookeepers and making trays of lettuce for some animals and trays of bones and meat for others.
