Willow Tit

This morning we did more spring cleaning. Then we went for a walk around Castle Loch . We saw a few sweet wee willow tits on the walk , such a treat.
I taught my intermediate yoga class at 5.30pm.
I’m feeling quite nervous about my operation next week.
