Frost upon the fairest flower

A light hoar frost this morning heralded the start of a real Spring day.

This field of flowers is on a hillock in the communal garden behind my flat. Golden crested newts live in the pond and do their land thing amongst the crocuses and snowdrops.

Tension is building this week as we approach the date for Milo's exam results to be known...
