B6254

This stretch of road has been a part of my life since 1992, when my first wife and I moved into Underley Home Farmhouse with our eldest daughter. It's part of the first mile of the run that I do more than any other.

Historically, that has involved a fair bit of weaving from one side of the road to the other in order to avoid running around blind bends into oncoming traffic.

However, some kind soul has set up this permissive path for the duration of the stretch between Raygarth and Kearstwick, which has removed the residual hazard of running along the road.
