Tree lopping
It's been a cold and overcast day here - no sun that I noticed.
Stuart was here at 0800 to give us a hand with trimming some branches from the sycamore tree that overhangs W's workshop.
He also took a few of the lower branches off the oak tree.
W spent the rather cold afternoon patiently cutting the thinner bits of oak into small pieces that can be added to the compost. The thicker bits will be stacked behind the workshop as a bug and small mammal friendly pile. But that area first needs a little bit of clearing, as there are some plastic bits.
And I hid from the cold in the studio and worked on my project.
