Pine Nuts Anyone

I was rather taken with a large, tightly closed pine cone I found on our walk last week.
It was full of potential.
Unfortunately I forgot about it until today by which time it had opened.
It didn't stop me taking pictures of it - and its seeds...Over Here.

The new fridge/freezer arrived this afternoon.
So whileit was 'settling in' the old fridge and freezer got a damned good clean.
The fridge is going to a charity that helps people in need setting up in their own homes but wont be collected until Monday afternoon, so I will have to figure out a way to protect it from the weather until then.
