And That’s a Save

Hubby picked me up before this household began to stir. We got to Brooklyn’s soccer game early so we had time to chat with my daughter and SIL and enjoy the warming sunshine. Brooklyn did not have much activity as goalie in the first half of the game; our offensive crew controlled the ball. But she played really well in the second half and her team won 1-0. She received player of the game recognition. Hubby and I went to an Italian restaurant for lunch and I doubt we’ll need dinner. Have to pick up Skylar after work and hope to read a bit of my new book about the Salem Witch Trials, a dark time in our history. We all need a day of rest each week. God’s plans are perfect for us.
