A Blip-Postcard from ...........

....... around the hotel grounds.

A little more detail.

Rather than a brochure-style sunrise/beach shot or more birdies thought I would take you on a whistlestop tour of some of the hotel grounds - as it's mostly palm trees, grass, low hedges, plants and the individual villas and rooms there isn't a lot of variety but I do like the signpost they have erected on the edge of the beach showing the distances to various countries.

Everywhere is immaculately kept and gardeners and staff are always around - the beach is cleared of any seaweed every morning and some of it is raked too. Sunbeds are straightened every evening (on the beach and around the pools).

There are four hotels in the complex with winding paths and narrow roadways interconnecting them. Numerous bars and restaurants (I think 19 bars and 12 restaurants from memory - and we can use any of them on the all-inclusive basis) are dotted about and there are also 5 pools - it sounds busy and bustling but it's not because everything is spread over such a large area - it's actually very quiet with no blasting music (except around 4pm when the "pool games" start) ...... it is a gorgeous resort.
