Brilliant Bala

I've only ever been to Bala when it's been overcrowded and a bit grim. Today was delightful though and we wondered whether the lack of campsite facilities and B&Bs have kept people away. The sun came out and we had a coffee and a cheeky beer at the local independent beer shop.

This afternoon dad and I had a warm up walk on one of the local hills. Lovely, lovely.
