Hello, May!

The weekend of Shropshire Hills running continued today with an absolutely glorious run around the Mynd. Holly, who lives in Little Stretton, was our guide today so I saw bits of the Mynd that I’ve never seen before - plus, she brought Monty the Dog which was an added treat! We stopped at the top for shortcake and babybels (perfect run treats).

The uphills were challenging but the downhills were utterly GLORIOUS! So much fun.

A lazy rest of the day on the sofa. Holly described Monty as a ‘blanket slug’ this afternoon. Me too, Monty, me too.
