Back to Work

A work party in the morning pushing boats on trailers about the place. Seems we’ve successfully made a land grab to the north of our yard. Well, it doesn’t look like the developers plans are going to materialise anytime soon. 
As for my plans, I need to get them moving along so I spend a bit of time looking at tides, forecasts and distances and send a couple of messages spinning out to friends to see if they’re up for a bit of crewing. But even if all of that can be accomplished, will I get my mitts on BV’s mooring at Salen? An email has been sent off.
Later, a film, that one all about the South African bloke who falls for an octopus. Some pretty remarkable footage, and he’s an engaging narrator, but methinks there’s a bit more to this than one guy with a snorkel.
