A cold and windy day.
We went to the Crichton for 8am, my partner did a 30 min run while I went on a walk.
In the afternoon we walked through Castle woods to Caerlaverock Castle , there were heavy showers with hail stones !! The blue bells are starting to flower in the woods, so beautiful. See extra
We saw these ‘ Belted Galloway’ cows on our walk.

I went round to see my mum early evening. My sister had taken her to the dentist in the morning. Mum had one of her front teeth extracted and a temporal plate fitted. Quite an ordeal for an 88 year old.
We had falafels, houmus, pitta bread, and salad for supper. It was delicious .
We watched the last episode of ‘Lupin’ , an enjoyable French drama on Netflix.
