Dalswinston Walk

I had a telephone consultation with the physiotherapist first thing. She was very thorough.
I have another appointment next week by video link.

We went on a lovely walk around Dalswinton Estate today. We walked around one of the lakes and through bluebell woods , with birds singing. A sensory delight.
Later we went to the allotment and scattered wild flower seeds in the beds beside the greenhouse. My partner dug over the patch for the strawberries to be planted out once it gets warmer.
