.... still mountains somewhere behind the clouds and rain! This relatively low peak, La Valerette, should not have snow on it at this time of year.

Extra was taken when there was a momentary lull in the rain, the butterflies are not flying in this weather! Apparently Switzerland has had more rain in the first 18 days of May than any month of May since records have been kept. Another 13 days to go too.
