Nights in White Satin-Like ...

... snow, after all the rain at our lower altitude. I had heard the road to Solalex was open so went for a walk above there this morning. I didn’t get far, the snow was too deep after half an hour. Apart from some chamois where the snow was less deep (extra), no other signs of life were there. I wanted to try out the in-camera ND filters of the new camera but couldn’t get near the stream so used the telephoto lens. It worked a treat, the torrent was raging with snow melt (second extra). Finally some sunshine, such a relief. Hope you have had good weather today too!
