Dilemma

It was hubby's Birthday today and UK Mother's Day, so the question on our lips this morning was: "Who gets the lie in?"

I ended up going for a long run and hubby watched Match of the Day while kids played so everyone was happy!

After lunch and chocolate birthday cake we headed off to the brilliant Technopolis which is a children's science museum. We've been meaning to go for ages and now we've been we can't wait to go back. In fact Dexter staged the strangest silent tantrum that we've ever seen as a protest for not wanting to leave. He knelt on the floor with his head in his heads making a sad face and refused to move. I know we shouldn't have laughed but it really was a rubbish tantrum!

However he was laughing at us later on in the evening when he threw up all over his bed. Actually there was 'stuff' coming out both ends, poor little thing. We received an email from the creche on Friday to say that there was a really nasty virus going around so I guess it wasn't totally unexpected. Looks like we're in for a bad night.
