The usefulness of art

Providing Islay dog with some variety I walked her to Queens Park where I thought we would see the cygnets and perhaps some mallard and coot chicks. It seems there are no cygnets this year which is disappointing. I did notice that the coots have two nests in the larger pond, one of which is tucked under the three angles sculpture, the other in the open water. No chicks visible as yet.
We returned via Shawlands where beside the Continental Stores I spotted a mural of a coot, which is the extra.
