Migraine.
It was terrifyingly bad today, I couldn't even begin to describe how awful.
Time to really think about any triggers that might be making it worse, including foods and using my computer too much! I'm hyper-sensitive to sound and smells and light anyway and have always had bad headaches but recently they've been getting worse, there must be some wee things I can do to help lessen them a bit. Drink more water and less tea maybe ;)
