Ready for to fade

Listening to Bob Dylan and “Bringing it all back Home” this evening, and this phrase jumped out as I uploaded this image. It fits - I’ve really enjoyed the bluebells this year. The cold Spring seems to have meant that flowering of many plants is lasting longer..

As it is Mr Zimmerman’s 80th birthday today there has been a lot written about him. A whole Dylan industry has grown up. But always something new to learn, I had not realised until today that he took the tune for Blowin in the Wind from the a spiritual used as a marching song by soldiers in black regiments in the American Civil War - “No more Auction Block for Me (many thousands gone)”.
