A little light reading

It’s been interesting to me during this time of pandemic to watch how different leaders, well different people actually, are managing it all.

For me, I’ve taken to reading old sermons, from pastors written years ago. They faced their own challenges but there was a clarity there I appreciate.

I never used to like reading them, probably out of some sense of arrogance. But there is little time for that these days. They are deeply encouraging to me.

So right now I’m working my way through these sermons by Charles Spurgeon. They are a gift.
