They’ve Started!

Eight o’clock sharp this morning and the team were in place, machines started up, already to roll.
Fortunately I had previously shifted our car to a nearby street because by nine the road surface was rapidly vanishing into the back of a couple of big lorries. That mechanical dinosaur really made short work of planing away the old tarmac aided and abetted by a JCB and a street sweeper machine. 
Back up to Gargunnock this afternoon but the garden is still closed - why? However, the bluebells, rhododendrons and azaleas are still glorious.
