Vegetarian Pasta for Dinner with Eileen

Eileen is visiting tonight for dinner; pasta with quorn mince, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and herbs and fresh Parmesan cheese. The girls can catch up while I go back to work in my study.

Got a lift to the station this morning from a neighbour but the car slid off the road in the snow and ice and damaged the front wheel. It seems a steering rod has been bent.

Ended up working from home after the accident but didn't get as much done as I'd planned so its going to be busy tomorrow.

Right, off to make the girls pancakes with brown sugar and lemon.
