Stapleford

Still behind, this is backblipped on 9th June

A disastrous day in terms of photography.  But wonderful in terms of opening up.  We had a meeting of our flute choir at Stapleford Granary.  I had first signed up for this for the spring of 2020, and of course it was cancelled.  During lockdown, we've had a couple of online sessions - but it's really NOT the same.  Better than nothing, but only slightly!  It's still not perfect, as we are more spread out in the room than is ideal, so it's difficult to hear the other players.  But SO much better than online.

I took the camera, but I was so engrossed in playing I completely forgot to take any photos until coming back outside afterwards.  This is the main courtyard at Stapleford Granary.  The canopy is new, and a sign of the Covid times - clearly an effort to provide covered outdoor space.  It's a bit dark, as the photo wasn't taken till about 8.20pm.
