More beach huts

We cycled from Eastbourne to Hastings today - lovely route mostly following the coast ( apart from the first part along a busy road, although it transpired that we had missed a sign). Spotted more beach huts - what a quintessential English activity to own a shed at the seaside, filled with buckets and spades and kettle and deckchairs. Marvellous.

We decided that we liked Bexhill and Cooden Beach and have a new barometer to describe something, whether it is more ‘Hastings’ or ‘Cooden’. I’ll leave you to work out which end of the spectrum is each place?!?
