Gongoozling

A spot of gongoozling down at Allington Lock this afternoon while sitting in the shade , sipping a cup of tea an nibbling a half piece of marmalade and Earl Grey cake.

While we were out walking this morning Barbara and David prepared lunch and went to fetch Doreen. It’s a different world, especially for Susan, not having to be so intensely involved with her mum.

A piece about the allotments was published by the Kent Messenger online this morning. I’ll leave you to form your own view about one of the people quoted.
