Bye bye Leeds - for now!

We were on the move all day along the River Aire. Just one stop off to fill up with water and I took the opportunity to do a load of washing which is now dry and folded.
It has been so hot with no shade going along the river as we have to stay in the middle away from the trees in case it's too shallow at the sides. Not many opportunities to moor up either.
Bella was so hot and I put cold wet towels down on the deck for her to stand on but would she? No she would not. Sometimes she is super intelligent but other times either stubborn or daft!
We are now in Castleford, moored in a lovely peaceful stretch of river. There are lots of other boats too but all nice and quiet.
Veggie haggis for tea but sadly no neeps so we'll have carrots with the tatties!
