Chess Mate

Team meeting on Zoom first thing this morning. Our internet was horrendously bad which made for a difficult meeting!
Late morning we met up with Danny's old uni mate, Yannick. So so good to meet him properly, he was totally waxing lyrical about my Mom who's was his teacher and mentor at Aston University when she was Head of French there. Lovely to hear such loveliness about her! I'll add his selfie into extras as a memory for the future.
Blipped is Gigi, she and Nate were 'playing' Chess at Caña Club tonight, they looked very serious and the game took quite a while...who knows what they thought they were doing, but they were good at taking turns!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) The joy of not having to wear a mask outdoors!!
2) Time with Yannick - he reminded me of my lovely cousin, Piers.
3) Nate deciding he wanted to send Uncle Lozz a video to say 'love you', or actually 'live yoy'.
