Which Way?

This signpost never fails to make me smile. Today seemed especially adapt for it's starring in my blip.

The dogs kicked up a commotion in the middle of the night and were reprimanded for interrupting my sleep, after I had a good look out of the windows. The south wind had risen significantly and the rain was belting against the south side of the house. I glanced down at the poly tunnel, making a mental note that I should put more weight around it in the morning. With specific anchors ordered, I crossed my fingers that they arrive on Monday.

When I woke up, to even higher winds, I glanced down and it had gone. I mean gone as in vanished. Not a trace to be found! The contents were all in their rightful places, minus the shelter.
I could understand it if I'd found it blown up onto the hill behind the house or stuck in a tree anywhere to the north. I've searched this way, that way and everywhere else but, it is as if it never existed!

Has it been stolen or is my poly tunnel flying around the globe on the jet stream? I have no idea. I'm flummoxed! Has anyone seen a 3.5 x 2 metre poly tunnel going like the clappers past their house?
